From servicing to installations, you can rest assured you have the right people for the job. Every project, and every home, is different, so we have a basic outline for some services. Others will require a site visit and a more bespoke solution.
The process from contact to completion of the job is usually the same for every client, although sometimes there are unexpected changes. Our prices are quoted on a job-by-job basis, which starts with an estimate. The final costing for the job will be confirmed based on what happens on the job. If there are some unexpected faults, issues or complications, then this will need to be adjusted into the price.
In some instances we will need to visit the site before providing a no obligation quote; it could be if you are having a new boiler, radiator, cylinder or underfloor heating installed.
We complete most breakdowns and repairs within 1 hour. Our labour charge is between £68-£78 for the first hour and thereafter it is on a pro rata basis.
